Membership
Atlas of South Australia memberships allow greater levels of functionality and the ability to personalise the Atlas' mapping environment.
Creating a membership
To create a membership profile click the "Sign Up" hyperlink (located in the top right-hand side of the site. This will take you to a membership form.
Membership to the Atlas website is free.
Membership options
Once you have become an Atlas member there are a number of preferences you can specify:
Map viewer type
You are able to choose the map type you would prefer to use.
The available map types are:
- Simple: Designed more smaller screens this viewer contains only the standard map navigation tools
- Standard: Contains the simple tools plus more map navigation, identify and measurement tools (this is the Atlas' default map viewer that)
- Full: Contains the standard viewer's tools plus a number of query and markup tools. Due to the number of tools the full map viewer contains a number of menu tabs.
Email notifications
You can elect to receive email notifications. This option is an effective way to receive notifications and news about Atlas developments (including new and updated data layers, new functionality and other enhancements).
